Day1 :
Drive for a couple of hours to a handicraft market, then hike to a hot spring for a refreshing lunch. Visit a Karen Village next, then continue for two hours to a second Karen village and a well-earned meal and overnight stay.
Day2 :
Take a hardy trek after breakfast to a forest elephant camp, and hop on the back of an elephant for a 90-minute ride to a Lahu village for lunch. Then raft down the Mae Tang river to a Shan village to share a dinner and spend the night.
Day3 :
Explore the village and have breakfast before taking a truck to the Lanna style Thung Luang Temple. Then it’s off to an orchid farm and lunch before the drive back to Chiang Mai. |
