This tour follows a wide range of trails, including quiet back roads, red laterite jeep trails with some off-road jungle trails. The first part of the tour is relatively undemanding and requires no technical ability. The riding gradually becomes more challenging and on the final day there are some off-road descents.
We ride as a group, with experienced SpiceRoads cycle guides setting an even pace and stop often to visit points of interest and sample some of the local food. Our support vehicle follows close behind with plenty of water. Our guides are knowledgeable on the local area and customs and explain the history, culture and local way-of-life each time we stop. |
